Terms Of Use

This is an agreement between "you" (the user of www.textbookninja.com) and Dark Nova Advertising LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we")

By signing up for an account at textbookninja.com (hereinafter referred to as "TBN") you agree to the following:

1. We are not responsible for any loss incurred by you as a result of your use of (or inability to use) TBN.

2. In the event that you incur any kind of loss, you agree to hold us blameless.

3. You understand that the transfer of any books as a result of using TBN is your responsiblity. As such you are responsible for ensuring your physical well being when meeting with potential buyers and sellers. You agree to hold us blameless in the event that you are physically harmed while transferring a book to a buyer/seller found on TBN.

4. You agree that you will only post books which you intend to sell.

5. You agree that you will not post any indecent material to TBN.

6. You agree that you will not harrass other users.

7. Breaking any of these rules can result in the termination of your account.

Furthermore, you also certify that you understand that we may make changes to this agreement. Your account and use of TBN shall always be governed by the current version of the terms of use agreement which will be posted on the site.
